Nevaeh Publishing, headquartered in a suburb of Atlanta, was officially launched in 2007. The company was originally setup as a full-service, self-publishing company. After some restructuring and reorganizing, Nevaeh Publishing has become a small press independent publishing house.

Bio: Currently residing in Birmingham, Alabama, Marisa received her Masters in Communications from Auburn University, with a concentration in Public Relations. She also earned a  B.A. in Communications at Auburn University.  Over the past seven years, Marisa has instructed feature writing, news reporting and various writing courses at both the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa and Miles College in Fairfield.

Bio: Our Executive Assistant, Della Warren, is a native of Evergreen, AL and has called Georgia home for 13 years. Her Communications degree from Troy State University is utilized to the fullest at Nevaeh in many capacities. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, fashion, music and wellness interests.

Bio: Alex Johnson is a freelance photographer, graphic artist and actor. He has appeared in numerous stage plays and television shows. He has a B.S. degree in Theatre and Art from Troy State University and an M.F.A. in Acting from the University of Tennessee. His special interests include: playing the saxophone, calligraphy, tennis and being a personal trainer.

Bio: Dwan  Abrams is a full-time novelist, editor, publisher and radio talk show host. She’s the best-selling author of Divorcing the Devil, Only True Love Waits (winner of the 2007 POWER Award), The Scream Within and "Favor" (a short
story appearing in The Midnight Clear anthology). Her fourth novel, Married Strangers, will be  released by Urban Books/Kensington in December 2008. She was also inducted in the 2006 “Who’s Who” in Black Atlanta. Visit her on the Web at www.dwanabrams.com.
